FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, manufacture of packaged products.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using food product such as viscous or pasty filler, for example sausage farce, fat or like product; placing filler 10 into preliminarily formed film hose 12; providing sealing or thermal sealing of longitudinal edges of film 1 fed from feeder and bent to form hose film tape 1; periodically filling film hose under pressure with portions of filler; thereafter, fastening so as to form creased end; feeding film hose 12 under filling pressure immediately from sealing or thermal sealing section into filling section and sequentially pulling tape 1 of film from feeder into sealing or thermal sealing section. Sealing or thermal sealing of longitudinal edges of tape 1 of film is provided at length of tape corresponding to at least length of portion package only during stop of feeding of hose film at period during which portion package is subjected to stationary fastening after filling thereof.
