FIELD: machine engineering, possibly building, restoration of main pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes aircraft gas turbine engine having branch pipes for air take-off behind its compressor. Said branch pipes are communicated with air accumulation receiver whose outlet is communicated through first locking-regulating fitting with apparatus having hose and used for injecting water into air. Outlet of apparatus for injecting water to air is communicated through flexible metallic hose with check valve in front of which meter of temperature of steam-air mixture is mounted. After check valve second locking and regulating fitting having branch pipe for releasing steam-air mixture is connected through lateral tap. Third locking and regulating fitting is also mounted after check valve; outlet of third fitting is communicated with pipeline. Meter for measuring pressure of steam-air mixture is also mounted after check valve on pipeline in cavity of which cleaning apparatuses are arranged. Air take-off branch pipes are communicated with air accumulation receiver by means of flexible metallic hoses compensating linear and angular movements of said receiver relative to air take-off branch pipes. Just behind compressor of aircraft gas turbine engine, secondary air cavity of combustion chamber is communicated with outlet of air accumulation receiver through main pipeline having unit for measuring air flow-rate. Hose of apparatus for injecting water to air is communicated with water feed source through heated heat insulated unit for switching flow. Said unit includes main pipeline having main normally open valve for communication of hose of apparatus for injecting water to air with water supply source; two taps with normally open valves for communication of main pipeline with water draining branch pipe (first tap - in direction of water flow till main valve and second tap - behind main valve); two electromechanical drives, first - for rotating main valve and valve of first tap, second - for rotating valve of second tap.

EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities of plant, protection of water main pipeline from freezing in winter condition when water supply is interrupted.
