FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industries related to the need to clean the flowing parts of internal channels: general engineering, energy, oil and gas industry, aviation and cosmonautics, chemical production, etc. In this method, the initial cleaning is carried out with a 10 % aqueous solution of alkaline washing liquid at a temperature of 50–70 °C for at least 60 minutes, then rinsing with water at a temperature of 15–25 °C for at least 10 minutes, then air drying is carried out at a temperature of 50–70 °C for at least 5 minutes for each fuel tank circuit. During the cleaning process, the aqueous solution of the alkaline washing liquid and water are fed back through the first fuel manifold circuit, without entering them into the combustion chamber due to the organization of a vacuum at the inlet to the second fuel manifold circuit, and the discharge line for the contaminated liquid additionally contains a swirling ramjet ejector.
EFFECT: technical result of the inventions is simplification of the method for cleaning the nozzles, eliminating the discharge of contaminated liquids through the combustion chamber and the GTD drainage system, reduction of the necessary amount of washing liquids and elimination of the ozone-containing mixture, reduction of energy consumption for heating washing liquids, water and air.
