FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, body is installed on frame using elastic members and then position of body on frame is fixed by means of attachment members. Natural frequencies of acoustic vibrations of body gas medium are determined preliminarily, after which body is installed on vehicle frame without elastic members. Road tests of vehicle are carried out with measurements of noise inside body to receive frequency spectrum. Frequencies of noise spectrum received at road tests are identified with natural frequencies of acoustic vibrations of gas medium of body, and frequency is determined at which maximum level of sound pressure at road tests is realized. Zones of units of vertical vibration velocity of vehicle frame at bending vibration at frequency whose value is closed to frequency of maximum sound pressure level in body are determined. Then elastic members are installed in zones of units of vertical vibrating velocities of frame, and position of body on frame is fixed by attachment members.
EFFECT: improved quality of vehicle owing to reduction of noise inside body.
