SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the building materials industry, in particular, to production of the cellular concrete of the non- autoclave solidification. The technical result of the invention is production of the cellular concrete with the preset tensile strength. In the cellular concrete produced by solidification of the raw mixture consisting of the portland cement, the microsilica, the natural sand, the filamentary filler - the asbestos and the organic rayon, the water and the complex porophore, which includes two foaming agents, the aluminum powder, the microsilica and the water homogenized in the mixer, use the complex pastelike porophore with the composition (in mass %): aluminum powder - 20-25, the foaming agents "Penostrom" and PB-2000 in the ratio of 1:12-20 accordingly 15-25, the microsilica 25-35, the water -the rest; a filamentary filler with the diameter of 9-18 microns and the length of 3-18 mm containing the polypropylene "Fibrin" as the organic rayon in the ratio the asbestos : "Fibrin" = 1:55-99, the natural sand with Mcr = 1.2 - 1.8 at the following ratio of the components of the raw mixture (in mass %): portland cement -44-83.3, the microsilica - 9-10, the natural sand - 0-30, the complex porophore - 0.7-1.5, the filamentary filler - 7-10, water - from 0.32 up to 0.53, and as the mixer use turbulent mixer "Turbo-0.25" with the turbine revolutions per minute of 800-1000.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the cellular concrete with the preset tensile strength.
