FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises working members, charging and discharging means, and mixing chamber connected with the milling chamber that has housing with the bottom, working members made of driving shaft with pressurizing blades, main centrifugal disk with triangle openings over its periphery, and grinding members made of vertical rods mounted on the centrifugal disk. The area of the openings relates to that of the disk as 0.2-0.3. The milling chamber is provided with the additional centrifugal disk with triangle openings over its periphery and mounted on the driving shaft under the main disk, plate made of wrought iron and mounted on the bottom of the chamber, and brushes mounted on the bottom surface of the additional disk. The brushes are interposed between the additional centrifugal disk and the plate. The bottom ends of the rods are set in the additional centrifugal disk. The mixing chamber is provided with the device for supplying compressed air. The working members are mounted in the mixing chamber and made of turbines-blades.

EFFECT: enhanced strength of concrete and reduced power consumption.
