FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to produce non-autoclave, naturally setting composite foamed concrete. The dry mixture for making foam concrete contains, %: portland cement 20.0-75.198, mineral filler 10.0-70.0, microsilica 3.0-8.0, superplasticiser 0.4-0.7, water repellent 0.1-1.0, modifying zeolite additive consisting of a combination of zeolite and multilayer and single-layer nanotubes 2.0-6.0, composite blowing agent consisting of a dry gas-forming agent and a dry foaming agent 0.002-0.65, polypropylene fibre 0.7-1.5 kg per 1 m3. The dry mixture includes a composite blowing agent which contains, %: a dry gas-forming agent 50, a dry foaming agent 50, wherein the gas-forming agent consists of aluminium powder PAP-1 30% and PAP-2 70%, and the dry foaming agent used is dry foaming agent OCB, protein foaming agent Biopor, industrial abietic resin and sulphanol chloride.
EFFECT: obtaining a dry mixture with a longer shelf life, obtaining foam concrete from said mixture with improved physical and mechanical properties - strength, frost resistance and thermal conductivity.
