FIELD: medicine, toxicology, microbiology, biology, in particular evaluation of sorbent sorption activity in relates to microbial toxins.

SUBSTANCE: sorbent and test-strain in presence (test) and in absence (control) of toxicant (e.g. bacterial collagenase) are preincubated at stationary conditions in broth for cell culture and then for 1 hour control and test microorganism suspension are incubated together with cell culture monolayer. Sorption level of microbial toxin is evaluated on the base of difference between test-bacterium adhesion values to cell culture in with toxicant and in control without the same.

EFFECT: method of increased accuracy and velocity.
