Disclosed is a method of evaluating specific activity of bacteriophages in standard conditions of a monolayer of cell culture of pulmonary fibroblasts of human embryo (PHE-3) with evaluation of results by degree of reduction of adhesion of test strain of microorganism to cells of monolayer and degree of lysis of non-adherent bacterial cells, providing for 1 hour of combined cultivation of test strain of microorganism with corresponding bacteriophage in amount of 0.2 ml. That is followed by evaluating the result compared to the bacteriophage-free control.
