SUBSTANCE: method involves providing relief strips on fabric surface, said strips extending lengthwise of fabric in forward and backward directions; changing direction of relief strips by reducing length of backward direction strip while length of forward direction strips being permanent.
EFFECT: wider range of fabrics by creating novel twill weaves with zigzagged, relief strips changing their direction lengthwise of fabric.
