FIELD: building, particularly methods and devices to erect cast-in-place pile provided with protective shells in ground.
SUBSTANCE: method involves assembling tubular shell; driving tubular shell in ground and filling thereof with filling material. Before tubular shell driving the shell is pressed from opposite sides towards longitudinal shell axis to provide shell end of star-like cross-section having beam-like flutes. After shell driving in ground the shell is expanded by submersion thereof or filling material injection into the shell up to filling of necessary changeable shell volume. Device for above method realization comprises tubular shell made of metal sheet material. The tubular shell has tip and head. Shell head comprises pipe for shell interior filling. The pipe is provided with nipple directed towards tubular shell along shell axis and fixed air discharge pipe. The nipple has longitudinal perforated blades extending in radial direction.
EFFECT: decreased power inputs for tubular shell driving in ground, optimized speed of surrounding ground flaring, which decreases dynamic action on environment and increases load-bearing pile capacity.
