FIELD: construction, particularly erection of pile foundations constituted of tubular piles with opened lower ends to be erected in soft ground.
SUBSTANCE: foundation comprises tubular pile with opened lower end and ground core arranged in pile interior. Longitudinal vertical solid partition members are located inside the pile so that the partition members may slide with respect to pile wall. The partition members are provided with bosses located at lower core part level and defining cells. Additional materials are placed in ground core cells defined by partitions and pile wall to produce radial ground core force and apply the force to pile wall. The additional materials may be solid, powder, liquid or gaseous materials. Pile supports capping. Foundation erection method involves driving tubular pile with opened end in ground; forming ground core inside the pile; inserting vertical elongated solid partition members in ground core to create cells in the core; introducing additional materials, namely solid, powder, liquid or gaseous ones, in cells between partition members and pile wall in several stages; applying heat or electric energy for baking, fusing, freezing or electrochemical consolidation of core ground in pile interior, preferably in lower pile part to apply additional radial core force to pile wall, to increase friction between core and pile wall and to improve core engagement with the wall, wherein capping is also formed.
