FIELD: heat power engineering, solar power engineering, solar collectors used for heating water.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange panel includes members forming heating surface and tube for circulation of heat transfer agent being in contact with members forming heating surface. Said members forming heating surface are formed at opposite edges at side of lower plane along the whole length of panel and they have ring-halves turned one to other by their back faces and having beads directed downwards. In upper plane of said member in opposite edges along the whole length or ring-halves over them at one side П-shaped groove is formed and at other side respective protrusion is formed for engaging with said groove at joining members by their different-side ring-halves for forming annular duct and lock. In annular ducts formed by means of said ring-halves tube is arranged and it is squeezed for providing fastening at side of said beads at predetermined squeezing force. Method for assembling heat exchange panel comprises steps of coupling member with ducts for heat transfer agent due to joining grooves and respective protrusions in opposite edges of said members for forming lock. Said members are joined by means of different-side ring-halves and beads for forming annular ducts where tube for heat transfer agent is arranged. Then members are tightened by predetermined effort due to applying squeezing force to ring-halves at side of adjacent beads at using rivets.
EFFECT: reliable engagement of panel with tube for heat transfer agent circulation, absence of fluid-tight joints, simplified assembling process of members of panel, possibility for assembling heat exchange panels of any configuration and size directly in object to be mounted.
