SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchange module with curved surface and versions of its assembly method and can be used, in particular, in mining industry, for thermal protection of structural elements of mine workings from formation of ice, drying and heating in technological processes, heating of industrial premises, heating of premises with explosive atmosphere. Heat exchange module with curved surface, characterized by that it comprises elements forming heating surface, and heating element, having contact with elements forming heating surface, wherein elements forming heating surface are made in form of extruded metal panels, having facing in opposite sides of outer (working) and inner surfaces and side edges, made on one side in form of protrusion, and on the other side in the form of a groove, which, during docking, form a lock for connection of extruded metal panels and formation of a single heating surface of a heat exchange module made concave and / or convex in the form of part / parts of cylindrical surfaces, axis / axes of which are perpendicular to lines of connection of extruded metal panels, wherein the heating element is laid in corresponding attachments made on the inner surface of the extruded metal panels forming the heating surface.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of heat exchange – specified curvature of emitting surface allows to generate intensity of heat flow, id est concentrate (focus) or scatter radiated radiant energy, as well as to form the required radiation direction depending on the technological process peculiarities.
