FIELD: motor car industry; other industries; production of the contactless sensor of the throttle plate position.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in the electronic systems of control of the motor car for determination of the angle of the throttle plate opening, the degree of pressing of the throttle pedal, etc. The given invention is aimed at the solution of the following problems: the increase of the accuracy of the measurements, the increase of the sensitivity, the expansion of the functional range of the measured angle, the increase of the linear section, and also simplification of the design of the device and the technology of its assembly and mounting. The contactless sensor of the throttle plate position includes the rotor made out of the material, which is not conducting the magnetic field, with the permanent magnet arranged on its supporting foundation, and the stator representing the linear magneto-sensitive Hall component. At that Hall component is mounted at the constant spacing interval from the magnet with the possibility to program its output characteristic after the assemblage of the whole sensor, including sensitivity, the root mean square voltage, the limiting voltage levels at the measured angle boundaries. The sensor composition is additionally added with the mechanical limiters of maximum measured angle arranged in the body and the rotor unit of the sensor. From opposite side of the Hall component in the operational section of the sensor there is the mounted axial ferromagnetic hub of the normal terms of the magnetic field lines - the magnetic conductor, outside the operational zone of the contactless interaction of the rotating magnet and Hall component there is the installed cylindrical or conical return spring of spinning for counteraction to the rotation movement of the shaft of the control drive.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased accuracy of the measurements of the sensitivity, the expansion of the functional range of the measured angle, the increase of the linear section, simplification of the design of the device and the technology of its assembly and mounting.
