FIELD: tool-making industry, possible use in electronic automobile control systems to determine opening angle of butterfly throttle, degree of pressing of accelerator pedal, position of processed gases recirculation valve, etc.
SUBSTANCE: sensor stator represents an integration chip, programmable in EEPROM memory by two or several calibration points, aforementioned chip belonging to two-axial angular encoder, which contains integrated cross-like array of planar Hall elements with analog output or PWM-interface, fitted with integrated magneto-concentrating disk (disks). Rotor magnet in process of assembly on basis of balancing results is rigidly installed in rotor unit, which contains mounting bushing made of material which does not conduct magnetic field. Programming of format, points of calibration, displacement, rotation direction, sensitivity (amplification) of analog or PWM transfer characteristic are performed after device is assembled.
EFFECT: simplicity, manufacturability, reliability, high precision in full range of angles φ=0-360°, adaptation for concrete working conditions.
