SUBSTANCE: in the method a voter public key and private key are generated when the voter fills an electronic ballot. The voter is provided with an electronic ballot choice and formation of an electronic digital signature under the filled ballot. Voter anonymity is ensured due to that the voter public key is placed on the electronic ballot together with the will expression of the voter and a unique identification number of the electronic ballot. The most effective is biometric neural network protection of anonymity of the voter and their private key, which enables to vote without presenting a passport or any other identification document.

EFFECT: high reliability of voting by ensuring that the voter, who remains anonymous, can follow the fate of their will of expression during counting.
