FIELD: church property and musical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: harmonious bell contains body with suspension, striking device with striker and suspension. Bell suspension is provided with sound isolation, in form of, foe example, plastic bushing made of capralone, mounted in an aperture in upper section of body, in which a finger of suspension bracket of suspension yokes is positioned. Internal surface of bell body wall in striking zone along perimeter is formed by straight line, perpendicular to direction of striker impact vector, while impact surface of striker is formed by curved line, such as parabola. Suspension of striking device to body is made of two parts, eye and socket, mounted in upper section of body, interconnected by threaded connection.
EFFECT: prevented appearance of additional harmonics, no need for controlling position of point of contact of striker with bell body, and also quality realization of suspension unit of striking device.
