FIELD: church musical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, having wall of multiple thickness profiles in cross-sections, striking unit and fixed bell suspension unit. The body is mounted on rod by means of movable connection in particular case so that rotator unit joins the device body to the fixed bell suspension unit providing bell body rotation relative to the striking unit about the bell axis. The device body is immobile in another particular case. Movable connection allows the striking unit to rotate inside the device body. Kinematical rotator joins the striking unit and the fixed bell suspension unit and enables the striking unit to rotate about the bell axis relative to the device body.

EFFECT: wide range of acoustic properties; improved operation conditions.
