FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of antenna equipment, in particular to antennas with switched directional pattern. Antenna comprises radiation source, which is constantly connected to power line electric vibrator, surrounded by uniformly located switched passive vibrators, at that control of DP is performed by switching on/off of induced currents, as a result of which passive vibrator can either play the role of reflector for excitation source or be invisible for it. Distance between excitation source and passive vibrators is of order of 0.25 λ. Number of passive vibrators N is selected depending on the requirements for the propeller and the angle of its turn (N=2, 3, ...). Passive vibrator is a dipole consisting of two parallel conductors, one of which has a gap in the middle, at the ends of which there are switching elements.
EFFECT: enabling switching of the beam pattern, reduction of current load on switching elements and reduction of the number of elements to be coordinated with the supply line.
