FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, synchronous electric machines with a ventilation system cutting in the flow of fluid medium for cooling the stator of the electric machine.
SUBSTANCE: the synchronous machine has a rotor with a massive core, having a cryogen-cooled coil winding of the superconducting rotor, stator coaxial with the rotor and having stator winding coils magnet-coupled to the coil winding of the superconducting rotor, the stator winding coils are positioned around the rotor, and the stator has cooling passages outgoing outside from the inner periphery of the stator, the inner periphery is separated from the rotor by the annular gap of the rotor, in which the rotor gap has a narrowing width in the gap length, the rotor is cooled by a cryogenic cooling fluid medium, and the stator ventilation system supplies cooling gas to the annular gap of the rotor and stator passages. The method for cooling of the superconducting electromagnetic machine described above and the method for forming the gap between the rotor and stator in it are also offered.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cooling due to creation of a stator ventilation system in the superconducting synchronous machine independent of the rotor cooling system, in which the stator ventilation system injects the cooling gases through the annular gap mentioned above.
