FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to new types of synchronous electric wind generators based on high-temperature superconducting materials for wind power. A synchronous superconducting wind generator contains a superconducting rotor with a massive core having a cryogenically cooled coil winding, and a stator having stator winding coils magnetically connected to the coil winding of the superconducting rotor. The rotor is made with a single pole. Each rotor coil is placed in a separate cryostat. Cryostats are structurally placed on the end surfaces of the rotor pole tips and are close to the stator bore by the amount of the wind turbine air gap. When installing multiple cryostats of modular design, the heat flux entering the cryostat decreases, the magnetic flux in the air gap increases, which leads to a decrease in the scattering coefficient of the magnetic flux of the pole and an increase in induction in the air gap.
EFFECT: reducing losses in the rotor core by decreasing the pole scattering coefficient and increasing induction in the gap.
