METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF ILLUMINATED FLOAT Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A01K93/00

FIELD: sports and commercial fishing.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of illuminated floats. Proposed method includes making of housing with fitted-in supply source of table type with contacts from two sides of supply source, and light-radiating element. Housing in form of parallelepiped is cut out of sheet material and is installed with its smaller plane upwards. Slot of width equal to thickness of supply source and length and depth equal to its diameter is made in center of said small plane. Then slots are made additionally lengthwise the smaller plane in form of box, and table-type supply source and contacts with stop pointed to side of housing are installed simultaneously vertically into the housing. Cover is installed in slots, and two holes are made in center of cover opposite to place of connection of contacts with supply source for leads of light radiating element which is arranged outside the float.

EFFECT: facilitated manufacturing of float, increased service life of supply source, increased sensitivity.
