SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the machine for cold working of the metals by pressure, which using its working components renders the non-impact static effect on the material. The hand-power press may be used as the sheet-stamping press, the perforating press, the bending press, the briquette press, etc. The hand-power press contains the toggle mechanism made in the form of the pivotally connected to each other the upper and the lower links of the crank and is linked with the lever for its actuation. One link of the crank is pivotally connected to the hand-power press frame. On the frame there is the coupling rod fixed with the capability of reciprocal motion in the vertical guides and supplied with the working tool, and the located under it holder of the meeting part of the working tool. The hand-power press is supplied with the additional lever mounted on the shaft. The short-arm of the lever is pivotally connected to the coupling rod. The long arm of the lever is pivotally connected to the upper link of the crank. The lower link of the crank is pivotally connected to the frame. The lever for actuation of the crank is rigidly fixed to its upper link and is made in the form of the handle. The invention ensures the increased safety and the improved conditions of the hand-power press operation.
