FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame carrying guides, compression chamber, upper cross-piece, pressing punch, drive and die thereof. Apparatus is further equipped with mechanism having lever and stop, which are positioned on common shaft. Mentioned mechanism is adapted for withdrawal of compressed bale. In the initial position stop is arranged under frame opening and in operating position it is joined to lower face of die pivotally connected to frame. Bale withdrawal mechanism may be made in the form of double-armed lever mounted on shaft, and stop is disposed on second end of double-armed lever. Ends of lever second arm and stop remote from shaft are equipped with supporting rollers, which are to be joined to lower face of die connected to frame. EFFECT: increased density of pressed mass in bale, reduced labor and time consumption for withdrawal of bale from chamber and enhanced reliability in operation. 6 cl, 21 dwg
