FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of rubber compound based on butadiene-nitrile rubber for manufacturing thin-walled technical rubber products, for instance membranes. Rubber compound preparation process comprises processing butadiene-nitrile rubber on mixing rolls for 5 min at starting temperature 45-55°C, adding zinc white for 2 min and half-amount of carbon black (K-354) for 6 min, whereas the rest of carbon black K-354 is added later portionwise. Further follow: addition of acetonanyl for 8 min at roll temperature 90-100°C, addition of sulfenamide C for 2 min, passage of mix through thin gap 3 times for 3 min, addition of carbon black T-900, dibutyl sebacate and stearic acid for 10 min, addition of N,N'-dithiodimorpholine and thiuram D for 2 min each, stirring and passage of mix through thin gap 3 times for 5 min, after which cutting is effected for 3 min.
EFFECT: prevented agglomeration and achieved uniform distribution of acetonanyl and sulfenamide C in rubber compound, improved processability of the latter, and reduced percentage of inclusions-caused refuse.
