SUBSTANCE: device made in accordance to the first embodiment comprises body, piston assembly located in the body and connected to casing pipe, pipe or pipe string. The piston assembly includes upper and lower rods and may be lifted by pumping liquid into the body under piston assembly. Device also has at least one piston support means. Device made in accordance to the second embodiment comprises upper body, lower body located under upper one and piston assembly arranged in the upper and lower bodies. The piston assembly is fastened to casing pipe, pipe or pipe string and comprises upper piston section and lower piston section located under upper one. The piston assembly may be lifted by pumping liquid into lower body under lower piston section or in upper body over the upper piston section. Device made in accordance to the third embodiment comprises body, piston assembly located in the body and connected to casing pipe, pipe or pipe string. The piston assembly comprises upper piston section and lower piston section located under upper one and may be lifted by pumping liquid into the body under piston assembly. Device also has at least one piston support means. Method involves displacing piston assembly connected to casing pipe and including upper and lower sections in chamber; retaining the piston assembly by means of support plates, which are adapted to cooperate with piston assembly and handling tool connected to lower casing pipe end through the piston assembly.

EFFECT: simplified installation and increased easiness of device usage.
