FIELD: rocketry and space engineering; launch facilities for launch vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes umbilical tower consisting of separate units on which servicing platforms and hinged cantilevers with filling units are articulated in pairs at one or at more levels. Each pair of platforms is provided with vertical servicing truss and rocket holding unit. Platforms of each level are provided with locks for their interconnection in position when they are brought to rocket. Rocket holding device includes two swivel booms articulated to umbilical tower with rocket holding devices at the ends. Each boom is provided with lock interconnecting the boom in the position when they are brought to rocket. EFFECT: low cost; optimization of expenses for manufacture of system and placing it in operation; enhanced safety; reduced loads on rocket. 4 cl, 5 dwg
