SUBSTANCE: roller has frame, hitch tongue, shaft, bushings, disks with spurs, chain sweeper, and ballast box. Netted web is positioned above cylindrical surface defined by disk spurs through the entire width of roller at height less than 50 mm. Netted web rods have round section. Diameter of rod section is less than 10 mm. Netted web rods define rhomb-shaped cells. Netted web is rigidly and detachably attached to spurs of disks fixed on roller shaft.

EFFECT: improved quality of leveling and grinding of soil lumps, mellowing and mulching of soil top layer and compacting of subsurface layers.
