FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: endoscope-surgical tool can be used at any endoscope abdominal operations. Endoscope-surgical tool has case, handle and shaft. Case is made for open and it has two departments. Front department in assembled case is air-proof isolated from back department and from environment. Switching mechanism is provided with shifting insertions, which mechanism is mounted in back department. Ring-shaped grooves are mounted inside insertions. Diameters of ring-shaped grooves are equal or bigger than diameter of rotation of rods protruding out of shaft. Ring provided fix catch for thumb is mounted for shift at back side of handle. Back part of handle is tightly attached to case at side of the ring. Wires and hose pass inside back part of handle. Front part of handle has its lower end attached to lower part of back handle by means of flexible connection. Top part of front handle is mounted in switch for shift. Reciprocal spring is mounted between front and back handles. Big and smaller wheels are mounted at rare side of case, which wheels do not protrude borders of case. Opening for axis of smaller wheel is mounted at big wheel. Recesses are made onto internal side of big wheel. Recesses correspond to protrusions at end of shaft which is mounted at rare department of shaft. Internal partition is mounted in protruding end of shaft. Shaft is made for curve. Internal partition is absent at part of curve. Openings are made at end of shaft. Locking protrusions are disposed at other end of shaft. There is free space inside shaft; the space connects openings at end of shaft and openings between two ring-shaped catches. Two rods are mounted inside shaft for curve. Rods are fixed at shaft's end protruding out of case; opposite ends of rods are fixed onto internal lateral partition at internal circular catch of shaft. Small rope is mounted inside of one rod. Rope connects working surgical tool with rod. Rod is connected by splined joint with axis of smaller wheel. Rope is made for shift and rotation inside rod. Isolated wires are mounted inside other rod for shift and curve. Electric instrument is mounted at output end of wires; other end is connected with rod provided with electrical terminals. Terminals are made for slide along electrical terminal in groove of insertions. Path for rope of mechanism along bed of shaft is mounted in internal partition between rods. Curve mechanism unit is made inside protruding part of shaft-3. Rotary mechanism is made of two rings at posts, which posts are tightly attached onto internal part of shaft-3 in part of shaft where curve takes place. Rings are mounted between walls of shaft in part which is disposed at opposite sides. Rope passes inside rings. One end of rope is fastened to internal wall of shaft with post-29; the other end of rope is connected with rod-9. Partition, rope, posts, rings and point of fastening of rope in protruding part of shaft belong to the same plane. One wall of shaft is made thinner in point of possible curve, in part close to central post at side of ring relatively to opposite wall of shaft. Illumination wires are mounted inside side walls of shafts in perpendicular to partition in plane of center of shaft.

EFFECT: improved functional abilities of endoscope-surgical tool.
