FIELD: surgery.

SUBSTANCE: surgical instrument has front and back handles, rack-and-pinions, levers for switching rack-and-pinions off and shaft with draught. Operation insertion is mounted at distal end of draught for rotation and fixation. Front handle is provided with fixation aid and with first cock mounted onto first axis. First cock is capable of interacting with first lever of rack-and-pinion. First lever of rack-and-pinion is mounted onto second axis. Lever of second rack-and-pinion is attached to back handle. Lever of first rack-and-pinion is made compound; top part of lever, made in form of rocks, is attached to third axis at front handle. Side of rocks, turned to back handle, is provided with protrusion. Protrusion is placed for interaction with protrusion at connecting bushing. Bushing is mounted at fourth axis. Top and lower ends of rocks are capable of interaction with spring-loaded groove at first cock and with groove at lower part of lever of first rack-and-pinion correspondingly. Groove at lower part of lever of first rack-and-pinion is disposed for engagement with L-shaped lever of second rack-and-pinion. Part, coming along back handle, interacts with spring-loaded lever at one side; its other end embraces connecting bushing and other end it interacts with lower protrusion of second spring-loaded cock disposed at six axis at back handle. Fixation aid has star disposed at proximal end of shaft; hollow of star is made for letting rusk in. Rusk is disposed in side window of bushing of rotation mechanism. Bushing is made integral with first handle. Switch-off drum with groove for interaction with rusk is made onto bushing of rotation mechanism. Drum is connected with rotation flywheel, which is provided with button.
