FIELD: food-processing, microbiological and chemical industry, in particular, concentration and vacuum drying of frozen solutions or suspensions, vacuum drying of food products, and concentration or drying of liquid solutions and suspensions.
SUBSTANCE: method involves condensing and freezing water vapors removed from drying chamber in two sections of ice condenser, at first in one section by wetting condenser surfaces with circulating low-freezing water-containing solution, with cooled surfaces of ice condenser being within drying chamber cavity to be vacuumized, in contact with absorbed water vapors. Other section of cooled surfaces of ice condenser is outside drying chamber cavity to be vacuumized and does not contact with absorbed water vapors.
EFFECT: reduced loading of refrigerating unit.
