SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents showing favorable effects of function of cutaneous tissue cells. Proposed agent improving physiological state of skin cells comprises alpha-lipoic acid R-form and/or its derivatives, and/or its metabolic precursors as an active component of cosmetic and/or dermatological agents wherein the content of the proposed agent is from 0.1 to 10.0 weight%, and an acceptable carrier also. The proposed agent recoveries and maintains homeostasis of cutaneous tissue and allows improving physiological state of cutaneous tissues, protecting its against unfavorable and damage effects and to prolong active youth of cells.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal and cosmetic properties of agent.
