HEAT-EXCHANGE APPARATUS FOR DESALINIZATION OF THE SEA-WATER AND THE MINERALIZED WATERS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01D1/22

Abstract RU 2299753 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; power industry; production of the heat-exchange apparatuses for desalinization of the mineralized waters and sea-water.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the heat-exchange apparatus for desalinization of the mineralized waters and sea-water and may be used in chemical industry and power industry. The heat-exchange apparatus contains the "V"-shaped storage capacitors ended at its bottom by the through small width slit passing along the whole length in the bottom of the storage. Feeding of the seawater into the apparatus is conducted into the upper "V"-shaped storage capacitor. The storage capacitors form the film stream at the outlet of the slit. The film layers form the space, between which the heat carrier is fed. The secondary steam is coming up in the space between the films into the upper part of the storage capacitors having on the horizontal surface of the film-forming sites the through the holes for its release, then it is separated from the moisture on the surface of the deflecting sheet and removed through the holes. The heating heat carrier moves between the layers of the film stream and leaves the heat-exchange apparatus. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased efficiency of usage of the film stream of the working medium, simplification of the apparatus design, reduction of the scale formation, metal consumption and the value of the apparatus.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of usage of the working medium film stream, simplification of the apparatus design, reduction of the scale formation, metal consumption and the value of the apparatus.
