FIELD: coke oven operating without trapping chemical products of charring, possibly used in coal-tar chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: coke oven includes charring chamber 1 with heated under-crown space 5 and heating hearth ducts 6; charging car 7, charging apparatus, discharging apparatus, quenching car 12. Oven is in the form of two joined equally inclined charring chambers 1 with common top portion supporting charging apparatus. The last is in the form of central charging hatch 3 communicated with charging hopper 4, charging car 7 and with telescopic part 8 of hopper. In telescopic part 8 cone charge distributing member 9 is arranged for distributing charge to both sides of charring chamber 1.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing process, significantly reduced surface area for arranging equipment, lowered labor consumption, less harmful influence upon environment.
