FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the by-product-coking industry, in particular to withdrawal and collection of coke gas. The method of collecting of coke furnace gas consists in that the coke gas is collected depending on the time interval from the start of loading of coal furnace charge and until delivery of ready coke, the coke gas which is formed during the first 75-80% of time of coking collecting, is cooled and delivered to the shop for recovery of chemical products of coking, while gas of the final period of coking, 25-20% of time of coking, is collected separately and delivered for use as fuel. The device for separate collection of coke furnace gas comprises the coke furnace / furnaces with horizontal chambers, gas outlet standpipes and gas collectors for gas collecting: gas formed within the first 75-80% of time of coking, and separately for gas collecting which is formed during the final period of coking, 25-20% of time of coking.
EFFECT: invention provides decrease of diffusive and harmful emissions, amount of waste, costs of coke gas purification, prime cost of the obtained gas and exhaust gases heat utilisation.
