FIELD: construction, particularly pile foundations, namely composite precast piles.
SUBSTANCE: composite pile comprises pile module including stem with ends. At least one end is provided with at least one elongated slot made as blind hole and adapted to receive joint bar for one module connection with adjacent one. Pile module has end plate with through orifice aligned with elongated slot and connected to pile module end by means of embedded members so that end plate touches the end. End plate does not project beyond the edge of the second pile module end. Pile module additionally comprises covering plate fastened to end plate from pile module outside and touches the end plate. Covering plate is provided with through orifice aligned with that formed in end plate. Covering plate has dimensions defined in plan view smaller that corresponding dimensions of end plate and is connected to end plate so that end plate edge protrudes beyond covering plate edge. Composite pile comprises pile module with stem having polygonal cross-section and defined by ends. At least one end is provided with at least one elongated slot made as blind hole and adapted to receive joint bar for one module connection with adjacent one. Pile module has end plate with through orifice aligned with elongated slot and connected to pile module end by means of embedded members so that end plate touch the end. End plate is shaped as polygon and conforms to cross-section of pile module stem. End plate corners are cut so that pile module end corners project outside end plate edge at cut corners thereof.
EFFECT: increased stability of pile modules in joint areas and improved pile module resistance to dynamic load to be applied to pile during pile driving in ground.
