FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of pile foundations from precast-concrete piles with heads protecting the top parts of the piles from destruction when they are immersed in the ground. Impact-resistant driven pile contains a reinforced concrete body, on the upper supporting protrusion of which a glass-type pile head is placed. Upper support protrusion is in the form of a regular polygonal truncated pyramid, the lower base of which is the top of the reinforced concrete body of the driven pile. Body of the pile head is made of metal with the possibility of installing and removing the body of pile from support protrusion. Bottom of the pile head is displaced inside the body and divides it in height into the upper and lower cavities, where a metal liner is installed in the lower cavity of the pile head, the upper surface of which is made flat, and the lower surface of the liner is made in the form of a recess, the surface of which repeats the surface of the upper support protrusion of the reinforced concrete body of the pile.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the impact resistance of reinforced concrete piles due to the implementation of structural and technological measures, ensuring a reduction in the concentration of peak stresses along the edges of the upper part of the pile when it is driven into the ground by redistributing the stresses along its surface by changing the shape of the upper part of the pile and giving it a convex pointed shape, at which the stresses at the edges of the surface of the upper part become less than in the central part, which significantly increases the impact resistance of the reinforced concrete pile.
