FIELD: mining industry, possible use for underground extraction of thick sloping coal formation.
SUBSTANCE: method includes driving field preparatory mines and extracting coal in directional layers by long faces with usage of cleaning mechanized complexes and with backfill of extracted space. Separation of coal is performed simultaneously in four vertical round section furnaces from soil to formation roof by screw-hammer circular organs with collapsible lining and feeding mechanism, mounted on ventilation drift, after that by one of screw-hammer circular organs body between furnaces is terminated. Coal is lowered along spiral transporting chute, positioned in each furnace. In backfill material of four furnaces channel is expanded for lowering coal and channel for letting people into face for column termination and backfill of excavated space.
EFFECT: decreased coal losses.
