FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes driving of layer drifts, cross cutting of cleaning stopes and mounting of mechanized sections in them, arrangement of first layer of inter-layer separator on the soil, which separator is in form of metallic mesh reused from layer to layer into extracted lower cleaning stopes, and extraction of coal starting from limits of extraction field to the middle. Within limits of horizontal layer cleaning stope is used which is placed at obtuse angle to layer drifts, and layer venting-filling drift is left in extracted space. Extraction of coal from cleaning stopes is performed by means of self-propelled combine. In face-adjacent space a four-post sectioned hydraulic support is placed with deflector extending for whole length of open face-adjacent space of cleaning stopes. Frontal movement of support onto face is performed after extraction cycle by means of dragging support sections from layer transporting drift and pushing of sections from layer venting-filling drift. In the middle of two-wing extraction field a transporting layer drift may be connected to field gravity incline and way by vertical coal and driving winzes, and on limits of extracting fields layer venting-filling drifts may be connected to field contouring mines by slanting winzes. In each layer additional metallic mesh may be placed on the side of cleaning stopes near to layer ceiling, equal in length to distance between transporting layer drifts, and being connected to existing mesh on the soil of layer from layer transporting drift to layer ceiling. For this a chamber for arrangement f additional metallic mesh may be driven, and for ventilation of said chamber a through venting wall may be placed on fresh air flow. Sections of cleaning stope support after extraction of field may be lowered into lower prepared layer along driving winze of layer and delivered for mounting into cleaning stope of lower layer by means of self-propelled coal loader along driven transporting layer drift of said layer.
EFFECT: higher stability of ceiling in cleaning pit.
