FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: lock nut comprises two nut members made for permitting assembling by means of hooks and spring clamps. The first end of the nut member is made of a hook to set it in the appropriate opening made in the lining provided at the end of the second member of the nut. The second end of the first nut member is provided with projection for its locking in the appropriate opening in the lining made at the second end of the second nut member. According to the second version, the lock nut comprises two nut members made of a plastic material. The members are made for permitting assembling by means of hooks and spring clamps. The first end of the first nut member is shaped into a hook to be secured in the opening made in the hollow of the segment provided with the thread at the end of the second nut member. The second end of the first nut member is provided with the stop projection having the stop edge. When assembling the nut members, the stop projection grips the holding shelf made at the second end of the second nut member from below and locks the stop edge with the back side of the holding shelf. According to the third version, the lock nut is made of the plastic and has two nut members provided with the fastening planks at their ends and clamping members with groove defined by two claming jaws and connecting cross-piece for permitting them to move over the combs formed by two fastening planks of the assembled nut members.
