SUBSTANCE: rank filter contains relators, which are grouped in N+1 groups so that i group and (N+1) groups contain respectively k-1 and N-1 relators, in each group output of previous relator is connected to second input of next relator, and output of (k1) relator of first group and outputs of (k-1) relators of second - N groups are connected reservoir to second input of first and first inputs of first - (N-1) relators of (N+1) group, control inputs of all relators of which are combined and constitute the second controlling input of rank filter, connected by output to output of (N-1) relator of (N+1) group. In each relator inputs and an output are connected respectively to non-inverting and inverting inputs of comparator and to combined outputs of closing and opening keys. In each one of (k1) relators of first - n group and relators of (N+1) group, inputs and control input are connected respectively to inputs of closing and opening keys and to second input of Boolean XOR element, which is connected by first input and output respectively to output of comparator and to control input of keys, while k=0,5(n+1), , n≠1 is any odd positive integer. In each one of first - (k-2) relators of first - n groups and relators of (n+1) - N groups inputs are connected respectively to inputs of keys, connected by control input to output of comparator. Control inputs of (k-1) relators of first - n groups are combined, constituting the first control input of rank filter.

EFFECT: increased speed of operation with preserved functional capabilities.
