SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for use in systems transmitting minimal-angle modulated signals without phase failure, namely, transmitting minimal-phase and minimal-frequency modulated signals to receive both minimal-phase and minimal-frequency modulated signals including correlation couplings between their characters has synchronizer, first and second correlators, first, second, third, and fourth retrieval/storage units, first, second, and third adders, comparator, first and second multipliers, subtracting unit, first and second threshold elements.
EFFECT: optimized coherent reception of phase- and frequency-modulated signals, enhanced operating reliability.
