SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to digital wireless communication techniques and can be used in systems for transmitting discrete information for receiving signals with minimal angle modulation without open-phase fault. Device for receiving signals with minimal angle modulation contains a synchroniser, first and second collectors, first and second selection/storage devices, an adder, subtracting unit, comparator, shift register and a half adder.

EFFECT: provision for optimum coherent reception of signals with minimal phase modulation and signals with minimal frequency modulation in a minimal angle modulation format.
