SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oral delivery of parathyroid hormone (PTH), in particular, invention is directed for using calcitonin in combination with PTH with aim for oral administration of PTH. Method for oral administration of the effective dose of parathyroid hormone involves the combined oral administration to a patient needing with PTH, the effective dose of PTH and the effective amount of calcitonin. Method provides oral administration of PTH without adverse effects as enhanced blood calcium content, enhanced calcium level in urine and inducing renal calculosis disease.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of hormone.
