FIELD: rocketry; methods of manufacture of the ballistite solid propellant charges.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the two versions of the method of manufacture of the ballistite solid propellant charge. According to the first version the method provides for mixing of the propellant components in the neutral medium, the wringing of the produced propellant mixture, rolling of the propellant mixture with production of the propellant tablets, drying of the propellant tablets and the charge molding out of the propellant tablet. At that after wringing of the propellant mixture from it take the sample, out of which manufacture by rolling and molding the sample of the propellant and determine the speed of its burning. At gaining the definite burning rate of the sample introduce the return production wastes providing their uniform distribution at the rolling in the form of the crumbs introduced in the propellant mixture or at drying in the form of the tablets. According to the second version of the method, the probe of the propellant mixture or manufacture of the sample take at the wringing - in the beginning, in the midpoint and in the end of the wringing. The invention is aimed at improvement of the quality of produced charges of the solid ballistite propellant.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the produced solid ballistite propellant charges.
