FIELD: fluid rotary type drives, particularly mechanisms for multibore hydraulic motors used for oil and gas well drilling, screw pumps for oil production from wells, as well as screw hydraulic motors and general-duty pumps.
SUBSTANCE: gyrator machine comprises stator with inner surface provided with inner helical multistart teeth, inner covering secured in the body and formed of elastomer, for instance of rubber, and creating inner helical multistart teeth adapted for rotor location. Rotor is provided with outer surface having screw multistart teeth. Number of rotor teeth is 1 less than that of the body. Minimal number of leads of helical line defined by each inner screw tooth of the body is 1 greater than difference between number of body teeth and number of rotor teeth. Maximal number of leads of helical line defined by each inner screw tooth of the body is 1 less than number of rotor teeth. Body wall thickness ΔRb defined at inner spiral teeth valleys and inner spiral body tooth height h are related as ΔRb=(1.414...2.618)h. Ratio between body wall thickness defined at inner spiral teeth valleys and outer body diameter is 0.08...0.14.
EFFECT: increased service life, reliability and power characteristics, decreased noise and vibration, increased maximal power and permissible axial load.
