FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gerotor mechanisms of helical multilobe hydraulic motors for drilling of oil and gas wells, to screw pumps for oil production from wells, and also to helical hydraulic motors and hydro pumps of general-purpose. Stator contains tubular case with inner surface, implemented with internal helical multilobe teeth, wrapping fixed in case made of elastomer, forming inner helical multilobe teeth, provided for rotor placement, allowing external surface with helical multilobe teeth. Number of rotor teeth per unit is less number of case teeth, lead of helixes of each inner helical tooth in case and each rotor helical tooth are proportional its umber of teeth, and central longitudinal axis of rotor and case are shifted to each other per value of eccentricity. Minimal number of lead of helix of each inner helical tooth in case is equal to number of case teeth, maximal number of leads, helical line of each inner helical tooth in case is equal to numbers amount of rotor and case teeth, thickness ΔRcase of case wall lengthwise cavities of its inner helical tooth and height h of inner helical teeth in wrapping related by ΔRcase=(0.618÷1.618)h, herewith length L of wrapping fixation in case and outer diametre D of case are related by L=(20÷40)D.
EFFECT: there are increased energy characteristics, service life and reliability of helical gerotor motor with application of declared stator: maximum capacity (up to 294 kW), moment of force (up to 19 kN·m) on output shaft in mode of maximum capacity - it is provided maximum interturn pressure differential (29÷35 MPa) on teeth of stator wrapping in mode of maximum capacity at lower level of deflected mode of elastomeric wrapping teeth.
