FIELD: engineering of energy plants for producing heat and electric energy, fueled by explosive substance.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, device contains two vertically mounted cylindrical vessels, hydraulic unit, batcher of explosives with pipelines for supplying components of explosives, tank with propane-butane gas. Aforementioned elements are connected by pipelines to reverse electromagnetic valves, namely, for connection of batcher to upper part of first vessel, for connection of the latter to lower part of second vessel, for connection of lower part of first vessel to hydraulic nit, and also for connection to tank with propane-butane gas. Hydraulic unit is connected to upper part of second vessel, connected to atmosphere. Vessels are partially filled with water. Along the vertical axis of first vessel a column is mounted having cup-shaped recess projecting above the water, and its upper part which is not filled with water is the explosion chamber and is equipped with igniter, made, for example, in form of electric spark plug, while a heat exchange is situated in the water-filled part of the second vessel. An additional pipeline is welded into pipeline for supplying explosives to explosion chamber after the electromagnetic valve, aforementioned additional pipeline having an analogical electromagnetic valve. Device is also provided with electronic controller, including a program for controlling operation sequence of electromagnetic valves, batcher and spark plug. Hydraulic unit may be connected to a balance wheel.

EFFECT: ensured reliable operation and provision of heat and electricity to consumer.
