FIELD: powder materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of applying coatings by spraying powder material. The plant for explosive-cyclic powder spraying of coatings using gunpowder contains a barrel with a cooling jacket, the channel of which is connected to the explosion chamber, a dispenser with a piston located above the barrel and made with the possibility of reciprocating motion by means of a compression spring and pressure of powder gases. The dispenser is equipped with openings for feeding the sprayed powder and gunpowder into the bore and the explosion chamber. The installation is equipped with hoppers for sprayed powder and gunpowder, communicated with the internal volume of the dispenser, with covers with overpressure supply tubes. Has a spark plug to ignite gunpowder. Explosive chamber opposite from the barrel bore is closed by a gas valve movable along the barrel, equipped with a compression spring. The spring stiffness is adjustable with the possibility of supplying powder gases for retracting the dispenser piston and supplying the sprayed powder and powder into the barrel bore and the explosion chamber at the moment of explosion of the powder charge and maintaining stable combustion of the powder charge in the explosion chamber until it goes into an explosion. The diameter of the piston of the dispenser and measuring holes is taken from the condition of ensuring stable spraying of a sample of the sprayed powder, hung for this dose of gunpowder.

EFFECT: possibility of continuous and precise spraying of powder material is provided.
